Your field of activity:
• As a Cloud DevOps Engineer you work on various cloud projects that deal with topics such as• Cloud native technologies like serverless and container architectures
• Conception, maintenance, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines
• Automation solutions with help from infrastructure as a code
• Participation in the automation / optimisation of processes in the software engineering environment
• Support of the evaluation of new innovative approaches for building highly available architectures with special IT security requirements

• Advising our customers on the implementation of existing and new applications for cloud usage
• Setting up software development environments and a tool chain for developing applications in the cloud
• Expert contact person and technical advisor for our internal cloud architects and clients

What makes you stand out:
• Experience as engineer in the areas of• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and service oriented IT architectures
• Management / usage of Docker / Kubernetes cluster
• Management / usage of CI / CD pipelines
• Programming languages such as Python, Java, Powershell
• Tools such as Jenkins, CHEF, Puppet, Ansible
• Knowledge of SQL as well as NoSQL databases

• Practical experience in • Creating technical / IT concepts, technical specifications, and architectures
• DevOps Engineering environments and infrastructure as code (Cloudformation, Terraform, Ansible)

• Preferably experience in ITIL and agile work
• Independent and responsible way of working in projects (with possible project management)
• Degree in a STEM discipline or an equal qualification
• Profound English and German skills
