Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the RCT data governance strategy in Azure and Databricks environments
• Establish and drive adoption of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Define and maintain data ownership and stewardship models
• Develop rules for data classification, lineage, cataloging, retention, and access management
• Provide governance support during on-premise to cloud migration initiatives
• Embed governance-by-design principles into data platform architecture and solutions
• Monitor regulatory and internal compliance and manage data-related risks
• Collaborate closely with business, IT, risk, and information security teams
• Promote data governance practices through training, enablement, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or information governance roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services and Databricks
• Proven experience delivering governance in on-premise to cloud migration programs
• Experience with data cataloging, metadata management, lineage, and access governance
• Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements, preferably in financial services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English
