Cloud Architect

The Cloud Architect will build cloud solutions, maintain, and utilize secure virtual environments to create streamlined operations for companies. The main tasks are implementing innovative cloud computing solutions and solving technical problems, helping customers to understand application architectures and integration approaches. A Cloud Architect helps companies migrate their information and services into the cloud. It is essential that there is no interruption in services during this migration.

The main responsibilities may involve providing design input, collaborating with customer service and analysts on project milestones, analyzing weaknesses, recommending system improvements, and presales tasks helping our sales team. Being able to effectively weigh the potential risks of IT solutions against a company’s IT needs. Typically, a Cloud Architect has 3 to 5 years of experience.

Main responsabilities

• Build, architect, design, deploy, maintain, and lead the implementation of cloud solutions across multiple public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure).

• Assist in implementing the technology direction, vision, and strategy to enable cloud technology adoption.

• Refine cloud future state architectures and roadmaps, including architecture standards, guidelines, cost implications, and industry best practices.

• Participate in the design, implementation, and management of workload automation initiatives.

• Mentor and guide the Broadpin team in best practices and architectural decisions.

• Communicate and influence stakeholders and executives both inside and outside Broadpin to ensure a broad understanding of cloud services.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years working with cloud platforms.

• Technical Competency: High level of technical competency and experience in designing and building IaaS and PaaS solutions across a range of platforms.

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and written.
