Job Description.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate signing and distribution of FHA Commitment

• Prepare Rate Lock Authorizations

• Prepare Rate Lock Confirmations

• Coordinate closing legal kick off calls

• Circulate Closing Checklist and collect closing due diligence

• Analysis of taxes, insurance and mortgage insurance premiums

• Prepare closing statement according to Sources & Uses provided by Underwriter

• Prepare Amendments to FHA Commitment according to rate lock terms

• Coordinate insurance review and obtain Insurance Certificates

• Obtain Flood Certificates

• Prepare Critical Repair packages

• Prepare Cost Certifications

• Work with legal counsel to assure timely submission of HUD closing documents

• Coordinate funding with warehouse lender

• Coordinate funding with title agent

• Coordinate refund of application fees

• Coordinate refund of GFD to Borrower

• Coordinate transfer of escrow funds

• Prepare and provide Welcome Letter and other items to new borrower

• Maintain various reports

Skills / Experience Requirements

• Some exposure to commercial real estate is preferred but not required

• Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to create spreadsheets, presentations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Outstanding writing skills including the ability to communicate articulately and concisely

• Ability to multitask while maintaining organization

• Commitment to service is a must

• High integrity, and intellectual curiosity are a plus

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

HIGH levels of proficiency with EXCEL
