Role Overview
The CLM & Contract Administrator will act as the primary business owner of the CLM platform (Ironclad), responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement. The role ensures compliance with contract management processes, maintains an accurate and auditable contract repository, and develops AI-enabled playbooks and clause guidance in collaboration with Legal and Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform, including workflows, intake forms, approval flows, and escalation paths
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into contract status, risk exposure, and cycle times
Develop and maintain AI-enabled playbooks, clause guidance, and fallback positions in collaboration with Legal and Commercial Operations
Maintain an accurate, complete, and auditable contract repository
Act as first point of contact for CLM system issues, enhancements, and change requests, coordinating with IT and vendors as needed
Coordinate user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for contract management tools
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Law, IT, or equivalent relevant experience
Hands-on experience administering or working with CLM systems, ideally Ironclad
Experience configuring workflows, approvals, dashboards, and reports within a platform
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems — SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred
Experience with Ironclad and/or Salesforce (SFDC) highly valuable
Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and commitment to data accuracy
Organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
