We are currently seeking a Part-Time Clinician Supervisor (LCSW/LCADC or LPC) to support our Behavioral Health Program at our Mount Holly (Burlington) location. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for mental health and substance use needs
Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients
Provide individual and group counseling (in-person and via telehealth)
Utilize evidence-informed practices, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), CBT/DBT-informed interventions, relapse prevention, and coping skills development
Support clients with emotional regulation, stress management, recovery supports, and linkage to community resources
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR in compliance with program and regulatory standards
Provide clinical supervision and peer support to interns and clinical team members
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related accredited program
Active New Jersey licensure: LCSW/LCADC or LPC
Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, and ethical practice
Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively in a team setting
Proficiency with EMRs and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
Preferred:
Experience in outpatient behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, co-occurring disorders, MAT/OTP, or community mental health
Group facilitation experience
Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
