Job Description

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

We need someone during the daytime hours

Main Function: Completes Bio-Psychosocial Re-Assessment and Assessment, CAFAS, DLA-20, and treatment plans

Qualifications:

FULLY LICENSED:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) ~ a licensed professional counselor by the Washington D.C.

State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors

Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)- licensed as a clinical social worker by the Washington, DC Board of Social Workers

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)- licensed as a clinical professional counselor by the Washington, DC State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) ~ licensed as a clinical social worker by the Washington, DC Board of Social Workers

Position Responsibilities:

Complete clinical documentation (Assessments, Treatment Plans, CAFAS and DLA-20's) promptly and update as required.

Design of the treatment protocols employed within the agency

Provide reassessments when needed

Preferably need someone during the daytime hours

Full-time opportunity

Working Hybrid days at least two days in the office
