Job Summary:
The Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of clinical products and services, and providing education and support to healthcare providers. Reporting to the Clinical Support Manager, the Clinical Support Specialist will serve as a clinical liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and optimal patient outcomes.

Be the Clinical Liaison
Build strong, trusted partnerships with clinicians, SNF teams, and key stakeholders.
Serve as the go-to expert for clinical education, product training, and ongoing support.
Deliver Education and Best Practices
Conduct engaging training sessions on ReNew’s wound care protocols, tools, and services.
Support clinical onboarding, mock surveys, and staff education to ensure best-in-class practices.
Drive Client Success
Monitor product utilization and patient engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with our Regional Field Clinicians, sales teams, and operations leaders to optimize service delivery.
Expand Our Impact
Travel throughout your assigned region to deliver hands-on support, attend client meetings, and represent ReNew at key industry events.
Qualification Requirements
Licensed Clinical Background (LPN, RN, PT, or similar) required; wound care certification (WCC, CWS, CWCN) highly preferred.
Strong foundation in wound care clinical practices and product applications.
Previous experience in clinical education, provider support, or wound care delivery highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel regionally to engage directly with clients and care teams.
Must be able to travel to Eastern St Louis (Illinois Areas) 3-4 days per month. Travel costs are reimbursable.
