The Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Support Specialist who’s compassionate, reliable, and excited to be part of a team that makes a difference. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to support patients and providers in meaningful ways, from vitals and injections to procedure prep and care coordination.

What You’ll Do

Take vitals and keep patients comfortable during visits

Administer vaccines and injections

Assist with IM/IV ketamine appointments

Help prep for in-office procedures: steroid injections, joint injections, trigger point therapy, wound care, etc.

Assist with medication prior authorizations

Order labs and imaging as needed

Pitch in with charting, scheduling, and other clinic tasks

Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Be a positive, supportive team player

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a medical or psychiatric setting

Current BLS certification (required)

MA, RMA, CMA, CCMA, CMAA certification or CNA license (preferred)

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) or ketamine administration experience = a plus, not required

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable multitasking in a busy setting

Team-oriented, compassionate, and ready to learn

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with an hour lunch, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
