Epic Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee service delivery, documentation quality, and staff development within our Community-Based Services programs in Danville, including Intensive In-Home (IIH), Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSB), and future expanding programs. This position ensures high‑quality, person-centered behavioral health care by providing clinical supervision, offering direct clinical services as needed, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide bi-weekly or monthly clinical supervision to Qualified Professionals and Paraprofessionals, including face-to-face sessions and feedback on assessments, admissions, treatment plans, modifications, discharge planning, and care coordination.
Review progress notes, ISPs, quarterly reviews, and all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Medicaid, DBHDS, and internal requirements.
Conduct or review clinical assessments and provide outpatient therapy as needed.
Deliver crisis intervention services and participate in peer-to-peer reviews with MCOs when necessary.
Facilitate collaborative treatment planning sessions with individuals, LMHP‑R/S staff, and Qualified Professionals.
Support quantitative and qualitative record reviews to ensure clinical and compliance standards are met.
Submit monthly supervision documentation and clinical/compliance checklists.
Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance development of clinical staff.
Participate in team huddles, meetings, and required trainings; provide support to additional service sites when needed.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and community partners.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.
Minimum of three years of clinical experience including assessments, treatment planning, therapy services, and crisis/behavioral interventions.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of VADBHDS and DMAS regulations and evidence-based practices.
Proficiency in psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including in crisis situations.
