Haven Home Health is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to support our Pasco, FL home health branch. This leadership role works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support field staff, and ensure compliance with Medicare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations

Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field clinicians

Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and agency policies

Participate in chart review, QA activities, and case conferences

Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical competency

Serve as a clinical resource for interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Active Florida RN license

1–2 years of Medicare Home Health experience (required)

Clinical supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Working knowledge of RCD (Review Choice Demonstration)

Kinnser / WellSky EMR experience a plus

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
