The Role: We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Staff Therapist to join our mission. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse community. Success requires strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and exceptional communication—qualities that mirror the heart of our work.

How you’ll Help:

Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and monitor progress.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Participate in case conferences and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care.

Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health.

Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and wrap-around supports that enhance overall well-being.

Contribute to program development by bringing clinical insights that shape innovative services and improve outcomes.

Engage in professional development and training opportunities to expand clinical expertise and support career growth.

Foster a culture of inclusion and resilience, modeling empathy and cultural humility in every client interaction.

Your Qualifications:

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW

Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois, Texas, Maryland or the District of Columbia.

Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy to individuals with a range of mental health conditions.

Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and frequent Saturdays. 

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary typically ranging from $61,300 to $75,900 annually, depending on experience and qualifications—plus a comprehensive benefits package.
