Let your social media creativity flow while leveraging your AAC and clinical expertise to help change lives, one voice at a time. PRC‑Saltillo is seeking a Clinical Social Media Specialist who understands both the science behind AAC and the art of storytelling across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar using social media management tools
Create platform‑specific content such as short‑form videos, reels, carousels, stories, and live content
Translate AAC research, products, and clinical concepts into accessible, relatable, and shareable content
Implement audience‑growth strategies, including hashtag research, trend participation, and influencer partnerships within AAC and SLP communities
Required Skills & Abilities
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement best practices
Experience managing paid social campaigns and audience targeting strategies
Strong ability to analyze social media data and translate insights into action
Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing best practices
Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Education, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in AAC or Assistive Technology
3+ years of professional experience executing modern social media strategies and using social media tools
3+ years managing corporate social media accounts and/or digital content creation
