As part of our team, you’ll support critical microbiological testing and lab operations that directly impact patient safety and product quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform microbiological testing including endotoxin and bioburden assays
• Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) sampling
• Handle water, clean steam, and compressed gas sampling
• Follow aseptic techniques with precision
• Support general lab duties: cleaning, stocking, cold room 5S, and more

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 0–2 years of relevant lab experience
• Hands-on experience with standard microbiology methods and aseptic technique
• Familiarity with cGMP environments (preferred)
• Ability to multitask, follow SOPs, and keep accurate records
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 

• 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
• 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
• 60 Minute Onsite Visit 

Additional Details: 

The position is full-time, Tuesday through Saturday 8 am-5 pm.  Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, are encouraged to apply.
