Te Mahi | About the Role
The Clinical Lead – Homecare is responsible for providing national leadership in clinical excellence, workforce development, and person-centred service delivery across Healthvision’s Homecare portfolio. This role ensures compliance with Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard, champions continuous improvement, and fosters collaboration across all business units.
Location: Auckland (Greenlane) with national responsibilities
Permanent Full-time (40hrs a week)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic and clinical initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and performance.
Collaborate with Area Managers, Clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams across Allied Health, Community Nursing, Quality, and Shared Services.
Drive the adoption of restorative, evidence-based models of care.
Promote cultural safety and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in all practices.
Develop workforce capability through supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
Contribute to organisation-wide quality improvement and service innovation.
Lead projects that advance workforce capability, data insights, and outcomes.

We're looking for someone who brings:
Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand (Registered Nurse).
Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience, with demonstrated clinical and leadership competence.
Proven track record in Homecare or community health settings.
Strong knowledge of sector standards, quality frameworks, and best practice models of care.
Excellent communication, integrity, and a collaborative leadership style.
