About the role (What you’ll be doing)

• Conduct clinical audits of prescribing practitioners and other care team members, utilising data insights to assess consultations, documentation, and patient interactions against clinical standards

• Present your findings for review by the clinical team in Australia, contributing to the enhancement of the safety and quality of our clinical services.

• Communicate effectively with practitioners and patients, following established protocols from the Australian team.

• Assist the Clinical Operations team with general clinical tasks such as drafting patient education and information.

• Collaborate remotely with our Australian colleagues and work as part of our larger Eucalyptus team in Manila.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for improving the quality and safety of our clinical services.

About you (Who you are)

• You are a licensed healthcare professional—a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or dietitian—with at least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.

• You are comfortable using computers and digital tools. Experience with Mac systems and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is a plus. While a background in AI, automation, or data management isn’t required, it will be considered an advantage.

• You are detail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow structured workflows with accuracy and consistency.

• You demonstrate strong time management skills and can efficiently prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Prior experience with clinical audits, quality improvement, or healthcare compliance is an added bonus—but not essential.
