Job Overview:

Ambition 24 Hours, a top-tier medical staffing agency, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Facilitator to join our team in Cape Town. The Clinical Facilitator must have their own car. 

The Clinical Facilitator will play a crucial role in organizing and delivering training and development activities to ensure the competency of all nursing staff. This role involves conducting inductions, training sessions, risk assessments, and ongoing support at various private, public, and homecare facilities. You will be the go-to expert in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions swiftly to maintain the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular client visits, including private, public, and homecare facilities, to ensure the quality of nursing services.

Perform reporting and documentation tasks to ensure compliance and provide accurate records.

Update and review care plans to ensure they reflect current best practices and patient needs.

Administer training and development programs for nursing staff, ensuring all team members remain competent and compliant.

Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate or resolve them promptly.

Provide continuous support and guidance to nursing staff and clients, ensuring excellence in patient care.

Demonstrate strong administrative skills to manage paperwork, documentation, and training materials efficiently.

Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organize and prioritize workloads effectively, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Conduct detailed assessments and problem-solving to improve processes and care delivery.

Be prepared to travel to various client sites within Klerksdorp and surrounding areas, with a valid driver’s license.

Required Competencies & Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of patient care.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships.

Ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions efficiently.

IT literate, with a basic understanding of modern systems and applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

A recognized Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Desired Qualifications:

Nursing Education Diploma or Unit-specific certificates/diplomas (e.g., Emergency Care, Operating Theatre, Critical Care).

Essential Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a professional nurse.

Proven track record in clinical training and mentoring.

Desired Experience:

1-2 years of experience as a peer mentor.

1-2 years of experience as a workplace assessor or in a similar capacity.
