Are you a clinical informatics professional who’s passionate about optimizing EHR systems and supporting providers and staff? We’re seeking a full-time, temporary Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our team and help drive the effective use, enhancement, and daily support of our Electronic Health Record system.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in system optimization, workflow design, training, and implementation projects that directly impact the quality of patient care and clinical operations.
What You’ll Do
Review, analyze, and improve the performance and efficiency of existing EHR systems
Partner with leadership and end users to define business needs and resolve system issues
Support clinical application enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and reporting
Create and maintain EHR forms, templates, and workflows
Train new and existing clinical and non-clinical staff on system use and new features
Provide consultant-level support and ongoing coaching
Assist with new module and application implementations
Collect user feedback and recommend process improvements
Prioritize and manage application enhancements, fixes, and updates
Troubleshoot software and application issues, coordinating with vendors as needed
Document issues, test solutions, and prevent recurring problems
Support report creation, policy development, and KPI reporting
Participate in testing and quality reviews of new and existing software
Assist with additional IT projects as required
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Proven experience in training, customer service, and end-user support
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion
