Account specific roles and responsibilities:
• Review discharged patient cases to ensure each stay is fully completed from admission through discharge
• Examine EMR documentation for every day of the stay to confirm required criteria are met, including:
• Medication administration (e.g., anticoagulant injections)
• CPAP usage
• Wound staging and care
• Therapy minutes
• Nursing administration record entries
• Payer- or SCA-specific requirements
• Apply written guidelines and rate grids to determine the appropriate daily level of care (e.g., Level 1, Level 2)
• Document one line item per day in Creatio, including date of service, level of care, and required supporting indicators
• Manage multiple daily entries per patient as levels of care may change throughout the stay
• Ensure accurate documentation to support timely billing log creation for client delivery by the 5th business day of each month
Requirements:
• Current and valid PHRN license
• Have at least 1 year clinical/hospital/bedside experience
• Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
