We are a behavioral healthcare clinic agency and are currently searching for several Texas State Associated Licensed Clinicians to join our team! The licensed clinician will be independently contracted to perform level-of-care assessments remotely in Texas. Ideal candidates will have proficient clinical evaluation skills with at least two years of experience evaluating patients. We are a tech-forward company, so candidates need to be comfortable with the current technology used in conducting telehealth assessments. Responsibilities
Welcome patients to the agency.
Conduct thorough intake/risk/triage behavioral health assessments to identify patients' appropriate level of care.
Complete treatment plans and CANS assessment as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field, applying this knowledge to improve clinical outcomes.
Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, assessments, recommended treatment and safety plans.
Adhere to DSM-5 and other relevant diagnostic criteria.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field.
- Current active Texas state licensure as a LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Experience working in an behavioral health setting preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Electronic Medical Records, Google Workspace, etc.)
