Position Overview:
This dual-role position combines clinic leadership with direct client services. The Clinic Manager – Esthetician & Laser Technician is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, driving revenue, and performing advanced skincare and laser treatments. The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a skilled provider with a passion for aesthetics, sales, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations:

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service

Lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet and exceed sales and performance goals

Monitor key metrics including revenue, bookings, conversion rates, and client retention

Manage scheduling, staffing, payroll, and performance evaluations

Recruit, onboard, and train team members

Handle client concerns and ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience

Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure operational readiness

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and state regulations

Partner with marketing to drive local promotions and lead generation

Clinical & Service Responsibilities:

Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and advanced esthetic services

Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation (based on certification)

Perform client consultations and develop customized treatment plans

Educate clients on services, packages, and homecare products

Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care

Qualifications:

Active Esthetician license (required)

Laser Technician certification (required, per state regulations)

2+ years of experience in a medspa or aesthetic environment

Prior management or leadership experience preferred

Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
