Deine Rolle

Als Clinic Entrepreneur (m/w/d) verantwortest du die operative und strategische Führung mehrerer zahnärztlicher Praxen. Du berichtest direkt an den Regional Manager, der für die Gesamtverantwortung der Region Nord zuständig ist. In deiner Rolle übernimmst du die wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung (P&L) für ein Umsatzvolumen von über 10 Mio. € und leitest ein Team von über 50 Mitarbeitenden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Technologie- und Operationsteams arbeitest du daran, Prozesse zu optimieren, Patientenerlebnisse zu verbessern und eine exzellente medizinische Versorgung sicherzustellen.

Qualifikation::
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition im Bereich Operations, Multi-Site Management o. ä. – idealerweise im Gesundheits- oder Dienstleistungssektor

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Budgets (10 Mio. €+), operative Exzellenz und funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Management) ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – entscheidend ist deine Erfahrung und dein Mindset

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit KPIs und Daten

• Starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit Empathie, Klarheit und Umsetzungsstärke

• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität

• Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen
