The Role:
We are seeking for a client-focused professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Relations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients, managing financial transactions, negotiating terms, and building lasting business relationships. The Customer Relations Agent play a key role in ensuring our clients receive first-rate service and support.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients with financial transactions and related documentation.
Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients when required.
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
Deliver top-quality customer service in line with company standards.
Conduct phone calls to clients to maintain continuous communication, provide a personal and human approach, and strengthen the company’s positive image.
Contribute to client satisfaction and encourage positive feedback that supports the company’s growth and success.
Collaborate with team members and provide ongoing support to achieve shared goals.
Maintain organized records of client interactions in company systems.
Job Requirements:
Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proven experience in a client-facing or customer relations role is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in sales or portfolio management will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
