Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up for behavioral health services.
Collaborate with clinicians to keep calendars organized and full.
Proactively monitor no-shows, cancellations, and follow-ups to maximize client engagement.
Billing & Reporting Support
Work with billing and data quality staff to ensure documentation supports accurate insurance billing.
Help reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address insurance inquiries.
Run reports to identify potential issues and flag them for correction.
Teamwork & Growth
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and community events.
Flex into evening or weekend hours as needed.
Take on additional responsibilities that strengthen our team and services.
