We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to support client experience and communication. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial services operations while focusing on client communication, workflow support, and content execution.
Responsibilities
Client Communication & Experience
Coordinate and send client communications, including emails and updates
Manage meeting confirmations and scheduling follow-ups
Provide status updates to clients regarding underwriting, account opening, and outstanding requirements
Support a positive and timely client onboarding experience
Underwriting & Onboarding Support
Assist with tracking underwriting and account opening progress
Communicate requirements and updates to clients clearly and professionally
Act as a liaison to ensure smooth information flow (non-operations role; no involvement in investment operations processing)
Marketing & Content Support
Assist with feed lists and audience targeting for communications
Support planning and posting of content across channels
Help organize and execute email communications and outreach campaigns
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Base Salary Range
$20 per hour- 10-15 hours per week
