The Client Support Executive will handle customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring they are resolved promptly and that the customer experience remains positive. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to uphold service quality and achieve established service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage client inquiries and workspace-related service requests
• Ensure tickets are responded to and resolved promptly according to established SLAs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and conduct follow-ups
• Track service requests and escalate problems as necessary
• Keep precise records and documentation of all client interactions
• Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction
Required Skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with close attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Zendesk or Freshdesk platforms
