What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a Client Support Administrator to join our R&D Tax Team in London, which is responsible for helping a diverse range of clients access government incentives that encourage investment in R&D and drive technological progress.
We are looking for a client administrator to support our client-facing teams with onboarding, delivery and billing across our client engagement
You'll be client facing, working alongside our technical consultants to ensure smooth delivery of complex engagements, including requesting data from client teams, scheduling meetings and site visits, supporting with filing, managing client take on and due diligence procedures, overseeing workflow management across the portfolio and supporting with billing processes.

As Client Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others
• Diary management for leadership team
• Scheduling client meetings and site visits  
• Managing agendas, note taking on client meetings where necessary
• Updating project trackers
• Coordinating internal R&D management meetings 
• Team client travel arrangements
• Client onboarding processes
• Engagement letter drafting
• Invoice sending and tracking
• Software workflow updates on claim progress
The role will involve a significant amount of direct client interaction, including dealing with clients by telephone, e-mail, face to face and in writing.
Skills and Experience 
To be successful in this role, you should
• Have relevant experience gained within either the financial or professional services industry
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of non-technical issues relating to the business conducted by S&W
• Possess strong communication skills 
• Have strong literacy and numeracy skills 
• Have ability to work on own initiative 
• Have ability to work well in a high performing team and to effectively prioritise work
