What you’ll be doing

As a Client Success Associate, you’re not “just” supporting clients, you're their go-to person. Their partner. Their inside link at Temper.

You’ll:

 📞 Reach out proactively (not just when something goes wrong)
📊 Use data + conversations to spot opportunities and risks
🧠 Turn feedback into smart improvements (with Product & Sales)
💬 Build real relationships that drive retention and growth

Make sure clients don’t just use Temper, they grow with it.

Your team

You’ll join a tight team of four people who directly impact Temper’s growth. This client group is expanding fast, which means what you do genuinely moves the needle.

We keep things informal, honest, and collaborative. We value good ideas and initiative and we will give you the freedom to get them into practice.

You’ll report to our Head of Business Development and Client Success, Diederik.

You might be a great fit if you:

Think commercially (you understand that happy clients = sustainable growth)

Love combining analytics with human insight

Communicate clearly and confidently (Dutch & English required)

Enjoy both quick wins and long-term strategy

Like taking initiative instead of waiting for instructions

Bonus points if you:

Have a HBO or Master’s degree (or 0–1 year relevant experience)

Have worked in sales, account management, or SaaS before

Know your way around Salesforce (Sales or Marketing Cloud)

Thrive in fast-moving, scale-up environments
