About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Strategist to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, strategy execution, and performance optimization.
You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Lead onboarding processes and set clear expectations with clients
• Conduct monthly strategy reviews and present performance insights
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive growth
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, web development) to execute strategies
• Address client requests, questions, and concerns in a timely manner
• Monitor client performance and ensure alignment with internal success metrics
• Support senior team members on strategic initiatives when needed
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and process improvements
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within a marketing agency
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and website development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a “go-getter” attitude
• Ability to work during US business hours
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus (not required)
