We’re looking for a Client Solutions Manager to support Reddit’s advertising business in Korea. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of clients, sales, and global teams, owning campaign success from launch to optimization. You’ll be a trusted partner to advertisers, helping them turn performance data into clear insights and impactful results.

What You’ll Do:
• Own end-to-end campaign execution for Reddit advertisers, from setup to post-campaign analysis
• Analyze performance using key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and CPA, translating data into actionable recommendations
• Prepare performance reports and present insights and optimization strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
• Partner closely with Client Partners and global teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction
• Troubleshoot live campaigns, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with platform policies and best practices
• Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations across multiple campaigns

What You Need for This Role:
• 4 - 8 years of experience in Client Success, Ad Operations, Media, Platform, SaaS, or Media Agency environments
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of performance metrics and optimization levers
• Experience creating client-facing reports and clearly communicating performance outcomes
• Ability to collaborate confidently in English with global teams or overseas headquarters
• Solid understanding of ad operations, platform policies, and live-campaign troubleshooting
