Role Overview:
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will lead the strategic growth of our top 20-25 global accounts by architecting sophisticated, multi-platform performance marketing solutions. Operating within our Global Activation Team, you will act as a high-level consultant, translating complex business objectives into measurable success across ecosystems like Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond. This is a high-visibility "hybrid" role that combines deep technical performance expertise with the commercial acumen to drive cross-selling and increase client ROI.
What you'll do::
•
Strategic Account Orchestration: Develop and execute in-depth annual account plans for an elite portfolio of global clients, moving beyond high-volume management to focus on long-term strategic impact.

Multi-Platform Performance: Design and manage campaign structures across 5-6 different platforms simultaneously, ensuring a cohesive narrative and optimal performance across the digital landscape.

Data-Driven Growth: Analyze large, complex data sets to uncover insights, utilizing data visualization e.g Looker Studio and ideally SQL to drive informed decision-making for regional teams and clients.

Measurement & Attribution: Implement advanced multi-channel measurement strategies and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) to accurately attribute value and refine client marketing spend.

Commercial Narrative: Craft persuasive, data-backed stories that simplify technical complexity, effectively "selling" growth opportunities and upselling new platform integrations to senior stakeholders.
