As a Client Servicing Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their objectives into compelling event concepts, managing internal teams and vendors, and ensuring events are delivered on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal event teams, ensuring clear communication and strong long-term relationships
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and brand guidelines to create customized event strategies and concepts
• Lead end-to-end event planning and management, including ideation, budgeting, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution
• Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to develop innovative event concepts and experiential solutions
• Drive client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks with strong storytelling and persuasive communication
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support sales growth and account expansion
• Manage multiple events and accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
• Ensure seamless execution of events, proactively resolving issues and managing last-minute challenges
• Track project performance, budgets, and post-event reports, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay updated on event industry trends, new formats, technologies, and best practices to enhance offerings

• Strong experience in Event Management, Event Planning, and Client Servicing
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
• Proven ability to contribute to sales, business development, and revenue growth
• Exceptional presentation skills, with confidence in pitching concepts and ideas to senior stakeholders
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling event concepts aligned with brand objectives
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, event management, or experiential marketing
• Hands-on experience managing corporate events, brand activations, conferences, or large-scale events
• Demonstrated success in handling key accounts and delivering high-impact events
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred
