Client Servicing Expert

Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4 - 6 LPA)

Role Objective:

• Act as the main liaison for clients, grasping their requirements and guaranteeing that their expectations are fulfilled.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, nurturing trust and encouraging long-term partnerships.

Role Deliverables:

• Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy departments to guarantee the smooth execution of campaigns.
• Share campaign concepts, reports, and performance analytics with clients.
• Address client feedback promptly, resolving any issues or inquiries efficiently.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in client businesses.
• Support the creation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for both new and existing clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while upholding high-quality standards.

Mandatory Skills Required:

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Preferred candidates have experience in Ad Agencies, working with prominent brands or major accounts.

Optional Skills Required:

• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and media planning is advantageous.
• Skillful in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience in client service, account management, or similar roles within an advertising or marketing agency.

Language Proficiency Required: Hindi, English (mandatory)
