What the Role Involves
As a Client Services Representative, you will:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent and accurate communication on file status
List new business files from clients, verifying all details through system checks and thorough review
Assess and analyze files, reports, and correspondence to provide updates and direction to collectors and tracers
Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email regarding account status, settlements, and payment inquiries
Process and maintain file updates, including payments, adjustments, rollovers, and new account activity
Work with data from multiple sources, converting and formatting files into standardized formats such as Excel and TXT
Upload and manage data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct file conversion errors within internal systems (CRS)
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports to internal teams and clients
Process invoices, statements, and verify account balances
Support additional administrative functions and provide backup support to other departments as needed

Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
