Job Summary
The Client Services Representative (CSR) supports high-touch, time-critical clients by coordinating delivery activity, entering and verifying shipment data, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining constant communication with customers and internal teams.
CSRs are essential to our 24/7/365 operations and are trusted to make decisions quickly while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients regarding active, time-sensitive deliveries
Enter, update, and verify shipment data with a high degree of accuracy
Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve issues or delays
Coordinate with internal operations teams and drivers
Maintain calm, professional communication in urgent situations
Follow client, regulatory, and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to remain focused and accurate in a fast-paced environment
High sense of urgency and accountability
Empathy-driven customer service mindset
Comfort with multitasking and frequent task switching
Open availability to support a 24/7 operation
Preferred (but not required):
Call center, dispatch, logistics, or high-volume customer service experience
Additional Requirements
Background and drug screening required
