Who we are looking for
Amsterdam team are in search of an energetic, individual to join their client service team. With the purpose of managing the back-office services for our asset owner and asset manager clients in the Dutch & Belgium markets. With the goal in driving up client satisfaction levels through proactive engagement.
What you will be responsible for
Proactive Engagement with Clients:
• Proactive outreach
• Formal Client communications where appropriate operational matters, regulatory driven matters
• Status reporting of open items / current activities.
• Monitor Client Satisfaction deliverables and operational execution for back-office products & services.
• Structured client engagement forums & operational best practise sharing sessions.
• Coordinate product Trainings & facilitate demos, webinars, regulatory updates with subject matter experts as appropriate.
• Client first port of call for operational escalations.
• Client negotiation & dispute resolution of operational errors & claims
• Manage and grow revenue & profitability, identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Seek out strategic revenue opportunities and opportunities for improvement.
Client Solutioning
• Intake and coordination of client-initiated changes
• Client operational initiatives
• New client technology, products & services
• Continuous improvement
• Fund Opening / Closing Transitions
• Client Solutioning / consultation - Support for new client products & fund structures op model
• Review client operating model to identify improvements.
• Query & responsiveness oversight & escalation
• Facilitate Strategic improvements.
Client Governance
• Client KPI reporting.
• Obtain client operational documentation and ensure maintenance.
• Participate in due diligence sessions
• Facilitate regular internal virtual team sessions with internal user groups.
• Support Internal risk management / audit.
• Coordinate client remediation plans – where applicable, coordinate and deliver resolution to client
What we value
• Experience with working within finance sector knowledge of the custody and /or fund accounting is an asset.
• Proficient in using all MS Office applications
• Strong focus on managing and resolving issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Language English & Dutch
• Motivated to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Good level of numeracy and ability to analyse financial data.
• Good team player.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Able to show initiative and make sound judgements.
