About the Position
As a Client Services Team Member you’ll provide fundamental client service and operational skills support, and work collaboratively with all members of the organization to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What you’ll get to do
Greet all clients and visitors with attentive, professional service. Serve as the first point of contact for Integrated Tax Services, assisting clients via phone, email, or in person by addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
Maintain the lobby and reception area to reflect Integrated Tax Services’ professional standards and create a welcoming environment.
Communicate with clients regarding general inquiries, tax return status updates, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Schedule client appointments and meetings.
Distribute client information electronically or in hard copy based on client preferences, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with team members to provide an exceptional client experience and support a cohesive, service-oriented environment.
Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collections, including the preparation and distribution of invoices, statements, and related financial reports.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of client data across integrated systems; extract and compile reports as needed for analysis and operational support.
Support team members with various administrative tasks, including:
Scanning and uploading client workpapers to project files
Downloading, processing, and reviewing received documents to ensure completeness
Assisting with document handling in accordance with procedures
Assist with the coordination, maintenance, and improvement of administrative systems and processes.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and in a timely manner.

What you'll bring to the team
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
Two years of relevant experience and/or training in a business environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Thomson Reuters tax software is preferred.
A general understanding of financial and tax-related terminology.
Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate office software, communication tools, and industry-specific systems with confidence and efficiency.
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor in all workplace interactions and communications.
Strong mathematical skills and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication skills with emphasis on both oral and written communication when dealing with clients and other team members.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, for routine tasks and communications.
A high level of accuracy when handling client information and completing assigned work.
Strict confidentiality of client data and internal company information at all times.
Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
