Requerimientos

• 5 años de experiencia en PR, comunicación corporativa o agencia

• Experiencia comprobable liderando cuentas y equipos

• Inglés Avanzado

• Sólida experiencia en:

• Relaciones públicas (PR)

• Influencer Marketing (IM)

• Manejo de reputación y comunicación estratégica

• Experiencia gestionando clientes corporativos y de consumo

• Experiencia en desarrollo de estrategias 360 (PR + IM)

• Relación activa con medios de comunicación e influencers

• Experiencia en manejo de crisis (deseable)

• Conocimiento en:

• Desarrollo de contenido estratégico

• Media relations y pitching

• Negociación con influencers

• Monitoreo y reporting de PR & IM

• Inglés avanzado (deseable)

• Experiencia en agencia (altamente deseable)

Actividades

• Liderar la estrategia integral de PR e Influencer Marketing para diferentes cuentas.

• Desarrollar planes de comunicación alineados a los objetivos del cliente.

• Supervisar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de campañas PR & IM.

• Gestionar la relación con:

• Clientes

• Medios de comunicación

• Influencers

• Stakeholders clave

• Definir narrativa, mensajes clave y posicionamiento de marca.

• Aprobar materiales de comunicación:

• Comunicados de prensa

• Media pitches

• Briefs de campaña

• Q&A

• Coordinar campañas de influencer marketing:

• Selección de perfiles

• Negociación

• Seguimiento y resultados

• Monitorear cobertura en medios y performance de campañas.

• Analizar resultados y generar reportes con insights estratégicos.

• Presentar resultados, estrategias y propuestas a clientes.

• Liderar y desarrollar equipos (executives, trainees).

• Coordinar con equipos internos (content, diseño, paid media) para campañas integradas.

• Identificar oportunidades de posicionamiento y crecimiento de cuentas.

• Gestionar situaciones de crisis o comunicación sensible.
