Position Summary:

Strongpoint Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist in the Chicagoland Area to serve as a key point of contact for retirement plan clients and advisors. This role supports day-to-day client inquiries, maintains accurate documentation and workflow systems, and collaborates closely with Operations and Pension Administration teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. What You’ll Do


Provide day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries from clients and advisors


Serve as the initial point of contact and route requests to the appropriate team members


Maintain and manage client CRM and workflow systems


Organize and maintain confidential retirement plan documentation, network folders, and related records


Create and update email templates; manage mass client communications


Support special projects for the Operations and Pension Administration teams


Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the client portal

What We’re Looking For


Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)


2+ years of office experience


2+ years of client service experience


Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment


Prior experience in Pension or Retirement Plan Administration preferred


Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)


Experience with Adobe Acrobat (creating/editing fillable forms, merging documents) preferred


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities


Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure


Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team


Strong time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Pay Transparency Statement:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually.

At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
