SUMMARY STATEMENT
AgSource is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead client-service and data-entry operations to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery. You’ll provide leadership to office staff, support financial processes, and help drive a positive experience for our clients every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Client Services & Data Entry
Oversee daily client service
Assist with lab reception duties
Respond to client questions and troubleshoot issues
Set up new accounts and maintain client databases in CRM, LIMS, and financial software
Monitor sample throughout and report accuracy
Report to regulating agencies in an accurate and timely manner
Route Coordination
Communicate route information to clients
Coordinate pickup schedules with Route Drivers
Team Leadership
Supervise Data Entry Clerks, Customer Support Associates, Client Service Representatives, Team Leads, and Route Drivers
Conduct annual performance reviews and support HR-related matters
Provide training, mentoring, and development of opportunities
Implement procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Support testing and implementation of LIMS updates
Financial Support
Monitor account aging and follow up with past-due clients
Communicate payment status with management and finance
Assist with billing and other financial reporting activities
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately
Strong computer skills and familiarity with databases
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work overtime as needed
Proven leadership skills
