Job Title: Client Service Associate
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: US Hours (9am - 5pm EST)
Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up
• Support onboarding, account management, and ongoing client success initiatives
• Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and project updates across company platforms
• Assist with outreach, scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks as needed
• Utilize automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency and scalability
• Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and emerging technologies
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
Requirements:
• Previous experience in SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, or similar client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
