We are hiring a Client Relationship Specialist to help us maintain and strengthen those relationships through consistent, proactive outreach.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our VIP Clients, ensuring they remain supported, connected, and valued long after their initial transaction.

We refer to our client community as VIP Clients, reflecting the importance we place on maintaining long-term relationships and providing exceptional care.

This is an important role for someone who takes pride in building trust and maintaining meaningful professional relationships.

The Role

This is a highly phone-focused role, with most of your day spent speaking directly with VIP Clients and maintaining meaningful relationships.

You will proactively reach out to clients to check in, strengthen connections, invite them to exclusive client events, and ensure they remain engaged with our community and services.

These are warm conversations with people who already know and trust our team.

This role involves a high level of daily outreach and is best suited for someone who enjoys spending most of their day speaking with clients.

You will also collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.

You are not cold calling. You are caring for and strengthening an existing client community.

This role is a key component in generating repeat and referral business. As a high-performing sales team, we will provide you with the training and support to confidently nurture these opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Call VIP Clients daily to maintain and strengthen long-term relationships

Welcome clients after their home purchase or sale

Invite clients to exclusive events and opportunities

Encourage engagement with our client community and services

Connect clients with trusted partners and resources when needed

Actively listen for “Trigger Events” (new baby, retirement, renovation plans) that signal a real estate need.

Confidently ask for referrals to generate repeat and referral business.

Record notes and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system

Collaborate with internal team members to support client needs

Ensure every client feels remembered, supported, and valued

You play an important role in maintaining the relationships that define our organization.

Work Structure and Rhythm

This is a structured, phone-based role where most of your day will be spent having conversations with VIP Clients.

Your day will include dedicated call blocks, updating client notes, and coordinating with internal team members to support the overall client experience.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys a consistent rhythm, thrives in conversation, and feels energized by connecting with people throughout the day.
