Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative who will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Understand client goals to provide customized solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.

Qualifications
