Role Overview:

On-site Representatives are responsible for promoting company’s services remotely while providing merchants with the necessary support to ensure business continuity and optimal service usage. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Promote company’s services through remote interactions;  
Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;  
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance;  
Provide remote support and consultation for existing customers;  
Perform scheduled and self-initiated activities;  
Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration;  
Enter and maintain up to date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data;  
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies;  
Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage;  
Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope;  
Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
