As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Viva.com for our clients, guiding merchants through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll connect directly with entrepreneurs, unlock business potential through our solutions, and make sure merchants experience the very best Viva.com has to offer.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor, visiting clients to present Viva.com’s services and solutions.
Support merchants through verification, onboarding, and activation.
Provide hands-on consultation to help businesses maximize our technology.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships across your portfolio.
Track performance, anticipate client needs, and proactively drive engagement.
Represent Viva.com at client sites, fintech events, and networking opportunities.
