Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide the priority services to VIP Customers by different channels in Premium Service Centre.
• Be the dedicated site visit ambassador for agents and customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience during their visits.
• Coordinate with both internal teams and external providers on permits application, hotels accommodation booking, and transportation arrangements for customer.
• Organize all relationship building customer activities/events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in providing quality services and financial solutions to customers and satisfy their needs.
• Support all rounded center administrative and maintenance functions.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business, Banking & Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 year of Client Relations, Administrative experience gained from Banking, Financial service industry is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and client-focused
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
