We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager who will act as a trusted partner to our clients’ team, owning and growing long-term relationships while ensuring exceptional delivery across recruitment engagements.
Responsibilities:
• Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Proactively engage clients to understand their evolving needs and introduce relevant B2Broker solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their key advisor. Gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic goals.
• Consultative Selling: Take a consultative approach to sales by focusing on client outcomes rather than just product features. Present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear value and ROI for the client.
• Strategic Account Planning: Build and maintain comprehensive account plans that map out client growth potential, usage trends, and expansion opportunities. Regularly conduct business reviews and health checks to showcase the ongoing value of B2Broker’s offerings.
• Retention & Advocacy: Work proactively to drive client satisfaction and retention. Track key metrics like churn rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and account activity to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Industry & Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact clients. Use this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, revenue projections, and deal progress within CRM tools like Salesforce. Generate reports and analyze data to track performance and optimize strategies.
