The Role
The Client Relationship Manager – Corporate plays a pivotal role in driving Law In Order’s Corporate growth strategy. This position is focused on winning new corporate clients, expanding existing relationships, and increasing our share of the corporate market.
You will act as a trusted partner to corporate clients, embedding yourself within key accounts to build strong, long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions. As the primary point of contact, you will anticipate client needs, lead commercial conversations, and ensure exceptional outcomes across the full client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute account plans, acting as the primary point of contact for corporate clients
Proactively identify, pursue and convert new business and growth opportunities within the corporate sector
Build deep, multi-level relationships across corporate accounts to drive retention and growth
Prepare and respond to tenders, proposals, cost estimates and commercial submissions
Lead contract negotiations and close new and existing client engagements
Maintain a strong, rolling pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate forecasting via Salesforce (CRM)
Tailor sales strategies and value propositions to client needs and decision-maker personas
Coordinate and lead sales pitches, engaging internal specialists and advisory teams as required
Organise and host client education initiatives such as seminars and briefings, partnering with subject matter experts
Deliver exceptional client experiences and actively seek feedback to continuously improve service delivery
Stay informed on industry trends, current affairs and upcoming litigation relevant to corporate clients
Travel interstate to develop relationships & win new business
Represent Law In Order at events or conferences, with flexibility to attend functions scheduled outside regular business hours as required
About You
We are seeking a commercially driven, self-motivated professional with a strong passion for new business development and growth. You thrive in a consultative sales environment and have a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and value-based selling.
Experience & Skills
Proven sales and business development experience in a customer-facing role
Demonstrated success in solution or value-based selling
Strong new business “hunter” mindset, balanced with relationship management capability
Experience selling into B2B and corporate environments (preferred)
An established network within the Australian corporate sector (highly regarded)
Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience selling SaaS or technology-enabled solutions (ideal)
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (ideal)
