Job Title: Client Relations Supervisor

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Client Relations Supervisor to act as the bridge between our clients and virtual assistants. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, resolving issues, reconciling conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate has experience in client communication, problem-solving, and team coordination. Some exposure to payroll management is a plus, but training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
• Act as a bridge between clients and virtual assistants, resolving conflicts and ensuring expectations are aligned.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively suggest improvements to service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are met efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, feedback, and resolutions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in client communication or account management.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a must.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and willing to learn payroll processes.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
