Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Identify areas for improvement in the client experience and escalate issues when needed.
• Relay client feedback to internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations on client performance and status.
• Foster client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
